Swiss KMU · OR 959 · CHF + multi-currency · DE / EN / VI

Accounting truths, kept by the software.

Drafts stay in pencil until you post them; posted entries are kept in ink.

Posted entries are kept in ink

Once posted, an entry cannot be edited or deleted. Corrections are reversal entries that point back to the original.

Exact to the Rappen

Amounts are stored as exact decimals, not floating point. Totals add up today and still add up in ten years.

Every change is audited

Who posted, reversed, locked or changed a setting — and when — is recorded in an audit log you can review.

Journal entries

Debits equal credits, before you can post.

A live check shows the difference as you type. When one line is left, auto-balance fills it for you. Entries are numbered only when posted — JE-2026-000001, without gaps.

  • Search accounts by code or name
  • Lines in any enabled currency, converted at the day's rate
  • Locked periods reject posting

Invoicing

Issue an invoice, and the books follow.

Issuing posts the receivable, revenue and VAT in one balanced entry. Payment clears the receivable. You see the posting before it happens.

  • Swiss VAT per line and per rate — 8.1 %, 2.6 %
  • PDF in the customer's language (DE, FR, IT, EN, VI)
  • Invoices in EUR or USD, booked in CHF

Reports

It is off until an owner enables it for a company. When enabled, the uploaded document is sent for reading, and you review every proposed line before anything is booked. You can disable it at any time in Settings.
